Refund Policy

We want you to love your Lo-Fi House item. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in sellable condition and returned with the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on standard products in unused, undamaged condition with original Lo-Fi House packaging and protective materials. Please note:

  • Items marked as final sale or made-to-order are non-returnable
  • Installed lighting, altered furniture, or vintage items are not eligible for return
  • Third-party items may have separate return terms (check product pages)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • All return shipping and pickup costs are the customer’s responsibility

Both the restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note: return shipping fees may exceed the original delivery fee.


Return Process

To start a return, please email us at returns@lo-fihouse.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) and quantity to be returned
  • Reason for return (e.g., Changed mind, Not as described, Quality issue, Other)
  • Return address (if requesting pickup for larger freight)

We will email a return label or contact you to schedule pickup.

Returned items must be shipped in the original Lo-Fi House packaging. If this is unavailable, you are responsible for sourcing equivalent protective packaging. Items returned in incomplete or damaged packaging may be refused.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email returns@lo-fihouse.com within 3 days of delivery, including:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Clear photos: close-ups, full item, packaging
  • Indication of whether you'd like a replacement or refund

If the damage is visible upon delivery, ensure it is noted on the delivery slip (BOL) before the courier leaves. Claims submitted without this may be refused.

If a replacement is available, we will ship it at no additional cost after the damaged item is returned. Refunds for damaged items exclude original shipping fees.


Product Variation

Our items are made from natural materials, so minor variations, markings, or inconsistencies are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. Please note that screen displays vary, and colour discrepancies are not grounds for return.
