Upon Receiving Your Order
Before signing the delivery slip, please check your package for any visible damage or issues. If you notice any damage, missing items, or tampered packaging tape, do not sign any documents. Instead, ask the delivery personnel to file a damage report and return the package immediately. Once this obligation is fulfilled, we will promptly send you a replacement. Please note that if you accept a damaged or incomplete package, Lo-Fi House cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items. Kindly notify us as soon as possible at info@lo-fihouse.com to report the issue.
